Type              Double-shaft Mixer                  

Design:    dual shafts;mixing blades on mixer shafts bring the material to        

     move along with mixing chamber inner wall.Customized  spray system can be 

     used to add liquid nutrition for better mixing.           

Application : widely used for mixing powders, granules, flakes, blocks etc.   

Main Features: 1. mixing cycle with 30-120s pe batch of material                  

              2. CV ≤5% and no material segregation    

Type               Ribbon Mixer   

Design :  Horizontal mixer, double ribbon agitators and U-shape cylinder.

        The outer ribbon pushes materials from   ends to the middle, the inner

        ribbon pushes materials from the middle to both ends.

Application :has good performance in  materials such as pharmaceuticals,foods, 

             chemicals, fertilizers, plastics, pigments, cosmetics, etc.

Main Features  :  1. Short mixing period with 3-6 min and large discharging door 

               with quick discharging and low residue.

           2. CV≤7％, and no material segregation
